Personal Life

"Instead of seeing the rug being pulled from under

us, we can learn to dance on a shifting carpet."     ~ Thomas Crum

Jackie grew up on a farm in Auburndale, WI, and is the youngest of 4 children, with 12 years between her and the next oldest!

She received her Bachelor's in Community Health Education from the University of WI-La Crosse and was a 4-year letter winner in women's basketball.

Other defining moments in Jackie's life include the announcement that her parents were ending their 41 year marriage, and only months later,

one of her best friends died in an alcohol-related car accident.

Her own marriage continues to be happy and rewarding. It's definitely one of the many areas where she applies lifelong learning!
